Every week that we train together for Joe’s Parkinson’s, we talk about the Pirates. Today he got to throw out the first pitch at the game and we practiced at yesterday’s session while working out. We are all proud of you Joe!

Today is National Exercise Day! Exercise is an important part of my life. Owning a business in which I primarily train people with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions is extremely rewarding. My one-on-one clients and those in our group classes are a true inspiration to so many. Keep up all of your hard work!

Today is World Parkinson’s Day. Barb is very kind and brought 30 tulips to class and gave one to each person. Our class has built their own community in which they stay for lunch, share information, and form many long term friendships.
