Berkeley Citizens, Inc. (BCI) is a non-profit human service organization whose mission is to provide individuals with lifelong intellectual developmental disabilities the opportunity to develop and maintain productive, self-fulfilling lifestyles. BCI is funded through the SC Department of Disabilities and Special Needs, grant programs and donations from private companies and individuals. BCI provides service coordination and various programs to approximately 800 eligible individuals living in Berkeley County, including children and teens.
