It has been several days since my last update, what have I been occupied with? Well, for starters, I prepared some nutritious nettle tincture. This will undoubtedly aid in boosting my iron levels, and I also made some non-alcoholic chamomile tincture for a couple of friend of mine. What have you been up to?
