We have now resumed limited patient care at Mondovi Eye & Optical, and our sister clinic, Durand Optometry, as of May 4th.
However, we are not allowing walk ins, at either clinic, at this time. We are asking you to call us at 715-926-4273 to schedule any exams, emergencies, eyeglass adjustments and repairs, to pick up any orders, to select new glasses or any other essential needs. Please feel free to leave us a message. We will be checking our voicemails daily and one of our staff members will contact you. Our office hours will remain limited at this time.

If you desire, we do have the option to provide you with curbside services, such as eyeglass adjustments or repairs or contact-less delivery of your orders, when we are in the clinic. We ask that you call our office first at 715-926-4273 to make those arrangements. You are also able to message us through our website at mondovieyeandoptical.com.
We are still able to ship contacts directly to you, in most cases, FREE of charge.

As always if you have an emergency, and are unable to contact us via voicemail message or through our website, please go to your nearest emergency room or urgent care facility.

We greatly appreciate your patience during these troubled times and thank you greatly for allowing us to continue to be a valued service for you and your families.

Due to the Covid-19 Coronavirus, Mondovi Eye & Optical and our sister clinic, Durand Optometry, will continue to be closed temporarily for the safety of our patients and staff.

Please know if you have an emergency or have any questions regarding upcoming appointments, orders that have been placed, etc. that you are able to contact us by leaving a message. If you are in need of contacts, we are able to ship contacts directly to you FREE of charge.

A MESSAGE TO OUR PATIENTS REGARDING COVID-19:
Mondovi Eye & Optical is taking all the usual, necessary precautions of sanitizing all rooms, equipment, etc. between patient appointments. Examinations will be conducted as scheduled. However, we ask that if you have come into contact with the Covid-19 Coronavirus, or have ANY cold or flu-like symptoms, to please reschedule your appointment. Call 715-926-4273 with any questions.
