Originally there were 4 stockholders and over the years, one man emerged as president of the corporation, Raymond L. Bull had worked at a cemetery in Benton Harbor, Michigan where they had hired Peter M. Peter was brought to Skyline Memorial Park in 1958 to handle the accounting operations along with the superintendent duties. He was married to Toos and had 4 boys, Peter, Paul, Richard and Ronald, all of whom worked the summers at Skyline. Bull wanted to retire and an offer was made to sell Skyline to Mr. He accepted and a deal was worked out. In 1986, Paul was hired to help with all areas of the business. He has an engineering background. Richard was hired in 1992 to learn the office/accounting operation coming in with a background in manufacturing and sales. Peter Kint passed away on February 12, 1997. He is still fondly remembered by many as the “silver haired man who always smoked a pipe.” Paul and Richard took over the business and were able to purchase it from their mother, Toos. Paul has 2 children and Richard has 4, all of whom have worked summers at Skyline. Their brother, Pete can be seen working on the grounds and in 2009 Richard’s son Jake was hired full time. Let’s not forget about Jeff Scott, who has been working at the cemetery since October of 1979 and is considered one of the family.
