What is your favorite part of being an instructor?
Helping people achieve goals in a way they never thought possible — by becoming their true selves. It’s all about disciplining the body and mind through the program: building core strength, balance, and resilience through dynamic resistance while strengthening the mindset.

Really don’t have a favorite move per se. They are all great.

When coming to my class, expect a 40-minute to one-hour workout in a 2,200 sq. ft. state-of-the-art studio. You’ll sweat, swear, and smile while dialing in your balance, core strength, and mental focus.
