My laser’s job is to safely break up the ink so your immune system can remove the fragments. This is a 🐢 SLOW PROCESS 🐢 and rushing the process only increases the risk of scarring. Every tattoo fades differently so don’t rush it. Health challenges had left her with large “sun spots” and hyperpigmentation that was all she could see when she looked in the mirror. We did some targeting restoration of this patient’s hollow temples because the temples help frame the eyes and upper face. ☺️ Volume loss in this area can be accelerated by weight loss and be an undesirable sign of aging. Here we did a little blended Radiesse so it instantly smooths and fills while providing long term biostimulation. 🍀 I will always use a cannula in this area because I want to minimize bruising while also being safe.

This is one of the most attractive expressions I can make. 😂 I have very strong muscles in my lower face that pull the corners of my mouth DOWN and my chin UP making my lower face look all bumpy and bunchy. If you have strong muscles like me we can carefully relax them using precisely placed ‘tox. In the after I literally can’t pull the corners of my mouth downwards into a frown while my chin looks smoothed out. Not everybody activates these muscles as strongly as I do! I very rarely just treat the lower face alone with ‘tox but it may be a suggested add-on if you’re already getting your upper face treated — it helps your whole face look harmonious.

This is me. 👀 If your top lip rolls inwards when you smile a ‘tox “lip flip” keeps that lip from disappearing. I get a very dramatic result because mine rolls in significantly. Many people are not a candidate for a lip flip and if you ask me about one I am very honest in my assessment. You might also dislike how it feels because we use this muscle when we eat or drink. It’s always temporary and lasts about 8 weeks. 💋 Don’t forget about our Black Friday specials this December!

When I suggest chin filler I promise I’m not trying to be weird, I’m trying to bring the lower face back into balance. Part of the balance is a strong chin! Aging causes bone resorption (aka bone shrinking) so filler helps to mimic the skeletal structure that used to be there. Using a T-H-I-C-K filler like Radiesse and injected right above the bone provides deep structure and support that’s natural and instant. 😲 It also helps disguise the jowl area.
Radiesse is so unique because it’s both a filler and an amazing collagen stimulator. Here Radiesse was injected straight without hyperdiluting to provide the deep support and structure. Even though it’s deep it still does its collagen stimulating magic just in a more concentrated area. Expect a year or MORE in duration.

Why hyperdilute Radiesse? Because Radiesse is T-H-I-C-K and while that’s good for some areas I prefer to hyperdilute it with a little saline and lidocaine so it flows and smooths. It’s less volumizing but I’m also able to stretch the biostimulatory properties over a larger area. 🙌 1 syringe/hand hyperdiluted provides modest immediate volume and lots of slower biostimulation for collagen and elastin, so results continue to get better and better.
