📍 Team Member Since March 2021 | 4 Years Optical Experience

If you've been in our office, there's a good chance you've crossed paths with Alexis, one of our fabulous technicians who keeps things running smoothly and patients feeling right at home. With 4 years of experience in optical, Alexis brings a calm confidence, a love for learning, and a heart full of compassion to everything she does.

👓 “My favorite part of the job is building relationships and getting to know our patients. I love that I get to learn something new every day. Our doctors are so willing to teach, and I’ve really grown to love the world of ocular health!”

When Alexis isn’t helping patients, she enjoys:
🌱 Gardening – her green thumb is always at work!
📚 Reading – she loves a good mystery/thriller. She about to start Mother, Mother by Zia Rayyan
🧁 Baking – she recently made her daughter’s entire birthday cake from scratch! Talk about mom goals!

And did you know... 🔥 Alexis taught herself how to make candles?
Yep! She’s the kind of person who will teach herself anything, whether it’s a new craft, a recipe, or something on the job. She’s always learning, always trying, and always bringing her best.

When it comes to frames? 😎 Ray-Ban has her heart. From the classics to the bold new styles, it’s her go-to for looking sharp and seeing clearly.

💫 Meet Rachel – Our Frame-Loving, Accent-Switching Optical Pro! 💫

If you’ve been in our office, chances are you’ve seen Rachel’s smiling face (and maybe even heard her drop a British accent 😉). With 14.5 years of experience in the optical world, Rachel brings not only expertise but an undeniable spark to everything she does.

👓 Her favorite part of the job?
“While I love EVERY aspect of the optical world, frame and lens selection is where my heart truly lies. There’s nothing like that moment when someone lights up because they’ve found THE ONE. I live for that energy — it’s such an adrenaline rush!”

And when it comes to frame recommendations, Rachel doesn’t hold back:

💚 Meet Jazmin 💚 Receptionist
Since joining us in January 2024, Jazmin has brought heart, kindness, and a deep sense of purpose to everything she does. With 1.5 years of optical experience, her passion for helping others feel seen—literally and emotionally—shines through every day.

👓 “I enjoy helping people build their confidence,” she says. “I started having low vision quality early in life, but thankfully had encouraging people around me. I want to make sure others get that same support.”
And trust us—you can feel that care the moment you meet her.

✨ A few fun facts about Jazmin:
🐷 She dreams of having a pet pig named Hamlet
🎭 She’s been in theater since 5th grade and is currently performing in Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief this summer—go see her shine on stage in Cassville!
