With Bill Carris and his wife, Barbara, selling their stunning mid-century home & guest house behind the West Rutland Art Park, we will be liquidating the contents of the real estate this Saturday, June 27, at 1450 Clarendon Ave. in West Rutland (above the West Rutland Art Park).
Barbara and Bill are fixtures in the Rutland area, with Bill formerly serving as a state senator, and the past president of Carris Reels, which was founded in 1951. The sale represents a life spent traveling and collecting items that struck their fancy, with an eye for whimsical pieces. Included are medical pieces descending from Bill's ancestor-a noted physician in Rochester, Vt. It is a fun sale with something for everyone and plenty of room for shoppers.
