At Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness, our mission is to empower every student to enhance and sustain their overall health and well-being. We believe a consistent yoga practice helps you feel rejuvenated, inspired, and empowered—both on and off the mat.
Our warm, welcoming studio offers a variety of classes, from gentle flows to sculpt, Pilates, wall yoga, yin, and more—so every body can find a practice that resonates. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned yogi, our dedicated instructors are here to guide and support you.
Practice with us in the studio or join seasonally for beach yoga at 7:30 AM every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the corner of Cottage Road and Ocean Avenue in Monmouth Beach. Choose from 45- or 60-minute classes to fit your schedule. (Pre-registration required via mbyogaandwellness.com or the Mindbody app.)
