Mixed Yoga Flow Pop Up

Join Cullen for a balanced practice that gradually builds warmth while exploring strength, mobility, and stability, with space to slow down and integrate along the way. Classes often begin closer to the ground, build into standing flows, and then return to the floor for deeper release and rest.
Slow Flow into Yin Pop Up

In this all-levels class, you will move slowly and meditatively through breath- synchronized movements designed to create softness in your body and relieve unwanted tension and stress. This class also incorporates yin-inspired holds to encourage healing and recovery. All levels and beginner-friendly.

Join Veronica for this 45 minute pop up class. Lite sculpt blends light strength work with deep stretching and balance-focused movements to improve stability, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
