OUR MISSION IS TO SHARE OUR PASSION OF YOGA AND WELLNESS WITH THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A TRANQUIL, SAFE, HEALING & NON-COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES & ABILITIES. CommUNITY is the heart of what Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness is all about. Our founder, Lisa Matthews, wanted to create a tranquil, loving, and cozy space that felt like a second home. A space to connect, to move and breathe with intention, and experience the life-changing, healing practice of yoga. Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness is a space that is non-judgmental and welcoming. Come as you are, move as you wish, come home to yourself. This is a safe space that allows you to fully surrender and find joy and peace in a beautiful community of like minded people. At Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness we aim to ensure everyone, and their goals, are nurtured. Whether those goals are to deepen your practice, build strength and flexibility, recover from injury, be part of a special community, or to find your calm in this crazy, fast paced world we live in. Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness is a place for every "BODY". Whether you have practiced yoga for years or are starting your yoga journey. June, July & August join us for beach yoga. We gather on the beach at the corner of Cottage Road and Ocean Avenue in Monmouth Beach, just north of the Monmouth Beach Bath & Tennis Club. Parking is available on Cottage Road or one block up on Sailors Way. You can also park on Beach Road or in the studio lot and take a short walk to the beach.Please be sure to sign up and pay in advance through our website or Mindbody. Attendance without prior registration is not permitted. If you need help signing up, feel free to text or call Lisa at 973-452-2828.You may purchase class passes or drop-in classes. Remember to bring a blanket or towel (yoga mats are not recommended), sunscreen, water, and your smile.
