💚 Spotlight: McKinzie Parlier

Meet McKinzie Parlier, Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department at OSF St. Mary Medical Center and Emergency Department Clinical Educator supporting OSF St. Mary Medical Center, OSF Holy Family Medical Center, and OSF Saint Luke Medical Center.

McKinzie has been part of the OSF HealthCare family for five years, and she’s passionate about both of her roles and the connections they create.

💬 “I love both of my roles and the chance they give me to build relationships with fellow Mission Partners, patients, and their family members,” said McKinzie.

💖 To McKinzie, serving with the greatest care and love means doing her job to the best of her ability and treating everyone with kindness. “I strive to lead with integrity, compassion, and encouragement,” she shared.

🌄 Outside of work, McKinzie enjoys spending time with her family, camping, riding motorcycles, traveling, and being outdoors. She’s already visited 29 states and 7 different countries — and isn’t stopping there! ✈️
