Alyanna has been part of the OSF family for 2 years and 8 months, bringing dedication, kindness, and teamwork to the Laboratory every day.
💜 Favorite part of her job:
“I love working with my team! They are the best, and I’ve never felt different even though I’m from another country. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging in every way, and I’m truly glad to be part of the team.”

“Showing compassion, patience, and genuine human connection. Small actions like listening carefully, showing empathy and taking extra time to explain can make patients feel valued and supported.”
