As of now, Madison Chiropractic-Monona will plan to keep regular business hours. Dr. Sara Nelson serves Madison and the surrounding communities out of the Madison Chiropractic – Monona office. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2008 and has over 10 years of clinical experience.
Dr. Sara specializes in Orthospinology, which is a gentle force, upper cervical technique, to provide precise care, helping her patients maximize their potential to live their best lives. In addition to this technique, Dr. Sara is certified in Webster Technique for prenatal care, NIMMO trigger point therapy technique, and has special interest in working with children, pregnancy, and hypermobility disorders.

Dr. Sara believes in working closely with her patients to meet them where they are in their current health and educate them to improve upon that. As a practitioner, she understands that optimal health is achieved through wellness in all areas including spinal alignment and the right balance of physical, nutritional, and emotional well-being. She is interested in providing information and education to any business, school, community group, or anyone wanting to learn more about how chiropractic can help them.

Dr. Sara lives in Verona, WI with her husband, Kyle, and their three children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, running, cooking, art projects, and spending time with her family and friends.
