This month, we’re excited to announce that we have two Values Ambassadors, Tresa and Penny! They both consistently go above and beyond in their everyday roles we had trouble picking just one this month!

Penny and Tresa are both Caregivers on our third shift. They are incredibly reliable and dedicated to providing our residents with the very best care, always with a smile on their face. They bring a contagious, positive energy to the workplace and are not afraid to have fun at work, while still ensuring all of their tasks are completed timely and appropriately. They are true team players and are willing to help those around them however they can. They will work extra shifts, come in early, or stay late when needed.

We are so thankful to have both of these wonderful Caregivers on our outstanding team. Thank you, Penny and Tresa, for all you do for our residents and for your teammates! ⭐
