After taking yesterday off because my body was feeling so tired, I have to be honest, I contemplated only doing 2 of the 3 rounds the entire first 2 rounds of today’s workout. But I thought to myself, I’ll just try to do one more move and before I knew it, I had finished the entire workout. I left it all on the floor. I’m proud of myself for working on my mental strength and pursing better for my life. I hope you have a terrific Tuesday and you’ll do something to be proud of yourself for doing too. 🤗
