For all those hard working equestrians, bathtub yoga is a great way to end the day. I recommend 2 cups or as directed on your package of Epsom Salt in a warm bath (Optional bubble bath, 1-3 drops of peppermint or 1 drop of lavender essential oil, or other additive)

Additional stretches to consider depending on bathtub size:
● Hurdler's stretch
● Shoulder stretches using washcloth as needed
● Quadlcep/Front Thigh stretch
● Butterfly stretch
● Hamstring stretch with washcloth

● Hands and Thumbs
● Neck Stretches
** Remember not to stretch to the point of pain unless your are instructed to by a doctor, P.T., or O.T.
