Thai Yoga Reiki Routine
Introduction
There are variations in what is meant by a Thai Yoga massage, but what is meant at Fargrace Massage is the stretching of muscles and joints to their limits. For some individuals, this style of massage is too painful and not relaxing at all, for others it is a soothing healing means that rewards the individual with unblocked chakra and lymphatic fluids.
Alternative
If an individual chooses, instead of receiving a Thai Yoga Massage the individual can choose to swap the massage out with an unguided yoga routine of their choosing. Please ask ahead of time so that the room is not prepared with a Thai Yoga Mat.
At Home Preparation
Clothing is traditionally fisherman’s pants and bandeau or naked. The participant is encouraged to dress in a way that does not restrict movement and allows decent access to the core chakra points of forehead, throat, chest, solar plexus, stomach, and pelvic bone. If the participant chooses, the masseuse can use one symbol and not use essential oils to write the symbols upon their skin.
First step: Straining of Muscle
* Mantra:

* Process:
* Simple Yoga steps of standing mountain, rag doll, down dog, plank, lizard right leg, lizard left leg, goddess, star, boat, and co**se
Second step: Relaxation
* Mantra:
* Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam
* Process:
* Guided Relaxation and guidance on the reception of Reiki Energy and grounding
* Minor body adjustments may be needed
Third step: Cleansing
* Mantra:
* Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam
* Process:
* Aura Cleansing using Reiki Energy starting at crown chakra to feet
* Aura Cleansing using rabbit skin rubbing from heart chakra to head, hands, and feet.
Fourth step: Energy Ritual
* Mantra:
* Sat Nam
* Process:
* Reiki Energy preparation using essential oils to draw a symbol on each (7) core chakra locations
Fifth step: Massage
* Mantra:
* Sa Ta Na Ma
* Sat Narayan Wahe Guru
* Soothing outdoor sounds
* Ad Guray Nameh
* Process:
* Thai Yoga Massage routine starting face-up and ending face down
* Tapping of the hand loosens the stretch and at a verbal request can be skipped if it is too intense
* A personal unguided yoga routine can be substituted at this time to allow for a touch free session.
Sixth step: Meditation
* Mantra:
* Om Shanti Om
* Process:
* Participant will be rolled onto their back and allowed to empty their mind and ground their body.
* Crystals depending on the masseuses energy findings are placed at each core chakra point. Individual inputs is considered and personal crystals can also be used.
