It’s the first day of a month dedicated to checking in, speaking up, and showing up — for ourselves and each other. Mental health matters every day, but May is a special time to celebrate progress, share resources, break stigmas, and remind each other: you are not alone.
Let’s make space this month for open conversations, small joys, deep breaths, and real connection. Whether it’s a walk outside, a chat with a friend, or simply pausing to breathe — every little act of care counts.
