The truth? I don’t share “What I Eat In A Day” because health isn’t built in 24 hours and there is no one perfect diet that works for everyone.

As a coach, I see too many people trying to replicate a single “perfect” day of eating they saw online. But fitness and real life doesn’t work that way. We don’t need perfection; we need a rhythm.

I started getting into cooking my first year living in NYC as a way to save money; but then realized how much healthier I feel when the majority of my meals are cooked at home. Each week I plan out a menu of meals; I love new variety because I believe that food is fuel but it is also meant to be enjoyed!

Here is what a full week of dinners actually looks like in my house. It’s a mix of fueling for training sessions and making meals the whole family enjoys.

The goals for the week:
⚡️ Glycogen replenishment for high-intensity sessions.
🌱 Anti-inflammatory fats for recovery.
🧘‍♀️ Grounding, warm meals for nervous system support.

Wait for the right time and you’ll be waiting forever.

It isn’t about daily 2 hour gym blocks; it’s about the discipline to use the gaps you have. For me, that’s a 4 mile run during my daughter’s ballet session.

Sunday Sister Session: Back and Shoulder Edition ❤️‍🔥

Save this for your next lift and try these 3 tips:

1. Control the eccentric (the way down) on the lat pulldowns.
2. Drive with your elbows back on back movements to engage the lats.
3. Keep your core braced; don’t arch your back on the overhead press.
