Day 3 at LSRT 2025 is wrapping up today with a full schedule of final lectures, the installation of new officers, and the awards luncheon—and our ULM Radiologic Technology students showed up looking sharp in their professional best! 👔👗💼

And while no one’s quite sure why the guys and girls chose opposite sides of the room (strategic seating? last-minute group projects? cold air vents?), we’re just glad they all made it on time and looking fantastic! 😄

🎉 Bonus excitement: Aalyiah Warren took home a brand-new 50" TV as a door prize winner! We think it’s safe to say she’s going home a champion. 🏆📺

We’re proud to recognize Crystal Dowd, Emma Feucht, and Bryce Vallery for representing ULM Radiologic Technology in this year’s Student Leadership Development Program (SLDP) at the LSRT Conference!

The SLDP is a competitive program designed to enhance leadership skills, encourage professional growth, and prepare students to become the next generation of imaging leaders. Through workshops, collaboration, and mentorship, these three outstanding students have shown they’re ready to make an impact—both in their profession and their communities.

🦴🦐 X-Ray the Cajun Way! 🎭🍤
Our ULM Radiologic Technology students brought the flavor and the fun to the annual LSRT Tee Shirt Competition! This year’s design celebrates Cajun culture with a rad-tech twist — and our students rocked the stage showing it off! 💪🔥

From the creative artwork to the confident (and hilarious!) presentation, they truly captured the spirit of both Louisiana and the rad tech profession. We’re so proud of their energy, teamwork, and school pride!

🎉 Congratulations to our one of our alumni, Carmen George, on her outstanding achievement!! Carmen was elected as Vice Speaker for the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) at this year's Annual Conference and House of Delegates Meeting. 🩻❤️

ASRT congratulates Ashley M. Smith, M.H.A., R.T.(R)(MR), who was elected to serve as the speaker of the House, and Carmen George, M.S.R.S., R.T.(R), who was elected to serve as vice speaker of the House.
