Today’s mission: reflex integration through purposeful play! 🤸‍♂️🖐️ From balancing and climbing to fine motor challenges, these activities help our kiddos build coordination, attention, body awareness, and motor control for everyday “boss levels” at home and school 🍄✨

We had an incredible time sponsoring the Kids Zone at Ouachita Riverfest 2026 for the fourth year in a row!

From sensory play and duck-themed activities to bounce houses, rock climbing, bubble foam fun, and more, it was amazing to see so many West Monroe families come together for a day full of free community fun.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Kids Zone, volunteered, supported Riverfest, and helped make this year’s event so special. We are so grateful to be part of such an incredible community.

In speech therapy, we’re working on literacy goals through phonemic awareness activities helping children hear, identify, and manipulate sounds so they can connect spoken language to printed words 📚💙

These foundational skills are key for reading success and confident communication!

Frosting cinnamon rolls is more than just a fun activity, it’s helping build fine motor skills, bilateral coordination, hand strength, sensory exploration, and independence with everyday tasks 🍥💪
