“There is no app to replace your lap!” Reading with children is one of the best ways to build language and vocabulary. It is estimated that children who are read to even once or twice a week are exposed to over 60,000 more words than their peers who are not. There is also a high correlation between children who are read to having greater academic success later in life. Grab a book and discover a new story with your little one.
