• What inspired you to become a physical therapist?
“My best friend in high school was involved in a severe motor vehicle accident and I witnessed her incredible recovery and the amazing work of all the health care professionals, especially the rehabilitation department. To see her come so far was truly remarkable. I’ve always wanted to help people and this profession has been the perfect fit for me.”

• What do you enjoy most about working with patients?
“Just being a part of their healing journey and educating people that movement is medicine.”

• What’s your favorite way to stay active and healthy in your own life?
“Walking, hiking, running, yoga, pilates, strength training and meditation. But most importantly, honoring what my mind and body need.”
