I have limited space available, for a few clients, to guide towards their own self healing.

What do I offer?

Nutrition coaching (Carnivore, Keto, Animal Based)

Supplement Guidance (getting most from food not synthetic vitamins)

Natural frequency modality suggestions (Based on needs; Massage, Chiropractic, PEMF, Redlight, Sauna, Sound, etc.

Movement suggestions (exercise; only the minimum necessary.

Reference suggestions; Videos, books, FB/IG groups, etc.

Soundboard! Availability to bounce ideas off of me to make an educated choice for your health.

What you would be committing too…

Check-in once a week for one month. This could be in person, by phone call, or text/email.

At least 4 appointments
1st appointment 60 min approximate
2nd-4th 30 min approximate

Willing to eat meat and hold yourself accountable to your choices.

Continued coaching, after one month, depends on the individual situation. Once a week can still be made available or we could taper down. It’s completely up to you. The goal is to give you the tools you need to control your health on your own 🙂

Did you try Carnivore (the proper human diet) and feel like it didn’t work for you?

Things to consider….

Yes, we are “different” and no two people are exactly alike. However, our bodily systems all work the same 🤷🏻‍♀️

It took how many years to be in the state you are in? And you think eating a proper human diet will fix it overnight? 🤗

Diarrhea, headaches, muscle cramps, fatigue, rashes? This is DETOX! Unfortunately, there isn’t a way around these things, if they happen. It is what the body has to go through to eliminate the toxic load you have put on it. 🥴

Sugar craving? This is the hardest part for most people. It’s called ADDICTION! We are all addicts. If you push past the dependency of sugar, you will become fat adapted, and the cravings WILL go away. ☠️

Did you know that the plants eaten today didn’t exist 500 years ago? All of our plants have been manipulated and genetically modified. So, if your defense is that they ate them in biblical times, you’re right! But, they ate plants that we no longer have. Plus they ate a lot of meat too! 🌱

Plants are living and their only defense is to create chemicals, called anti-nutrients, to detour us from eating them. These anti-nutrients are what cause your inflammation and many of your health issues. 🤧

If you can’t eat it, you shouldn’t put it on your body.

Oh, but it’s just a small amount, the FDA approves it, and the chances of a reaction is low……🙄

Think about long term affects of absorbing toxic chemicals, plastics, and heavy metals over time 🤓
