Words can travel far, lift spirits, bring comfort, and remind us of what makes us special. Today, let’s help our positive words take flight!

1️⃣ Take a sheet of paper. Think about all the things that help you feel happy — things you love about yourself, joyful memories, people who bring you comfort, or small things that brighten your day.

2️⃣ Write those positive words and thoughts on your paper.

Today we honor a remarkable Veteran whose legacy continues to touch every child and family we serve.

Our Monroe office is dedicated in loving memory to Mr. Gilmore, a humble servant who devoted 26 years of his life to the United States Air Force, lived his faith through service, and believed deeply in strengthening community and caring for others.

His generosity and vision helped make Grayson Pediatrics possible, and his spirit of service inspires the work we do every single day.

He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, athlete, and mentor — and most importantly, a man of faith who lived a life grounded in purpose, kindness, and service to others.

Today and always, we honor his life, his legacy, and his sacrifice.
Thank you to all Veterans and their families for your courage and service.
