Welcome to Stories of Hope, counseling services that bring diverse liberating healing processes with experience and evidence-based approaches. Our principles of practice are rooted in relational ethics and an anti-oppressive systemic view. We provide an inclusive space to hold back at times of despair when feeling lonely, invisible to others, surrounded by questions about injustice and hopelessness. We want to listen to your story and walk side-by-side towards hope for your future, with daily choices that could reflect your own values, personal principles, and dreams for a healthier living context.

Welcome to Gabe Martinez! He is a student in the Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University. Gabe, as a musician, understands how music and art are a healing place to process experiences and emotions when words sometimes seem insufficient. Been a child of a Cuban immigrant, he cares for the cultural background to honor family migration stories. Gabe is currently accepting new clients.

Trish enjoys the outdoors of Washington and the Pacific Northwest, whether hiking, paddleboarding, practicing yoga, or spending valuable time with her four children. She is trauma-focused in her work as part of her commitment to helping clients heal from painful experiences, and interested in working with couples and families, and she also connects easily with teens and children. He is a student in the Family and Marriage Therapy Masters Program at Seattle Pacific University.
