Monroe Health Services is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions.

We are here to establish a culture that reinforces the values necessary to be the premier health services provider and employer in each of the communities we serve. Our 74 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today's ever-changing health care environment. Monroe Health Services has been serving Green County since 1965 and is located in a residential neighborhood within two blocks of Monroe Clinic. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

We are pleased to welcome Kaylee Tauferner as the new Executive Director at Monroe Health Services. She started her career as a dietary aide, and recently graduated from UW-Eau Claire. So great to have Kaylee's leadership at our center!
