James was born at 36 weeks and 6 days, weighing 8 lbs 6 oz, and we faced challenges early on with feeding and weight gain. With Anna’s guidance and support, everything began to change. She walked us through every step—from understanding the diagnosis to feeling confident moving forward with the procedure.
We started out needing to use a ni**le shield just to help him feed, and with Anna’s continued support, we were able to transition to him officially latching with no problems.
