Thrive is looking for an experienced, values-aligned Clinical Coordinator to join our leadership team.
This is a hybrid, full-time role for an LCSW or LCMHC who is strong clinically, confident in documentation and compliance, and comfortable leading with both compassion and accountability. The position includes oversight of one of our locations while maintaining a small clinical caseload.
Culture matters here. We’ve worked hard to build a collaborative, supportive, high-standard environment — and we are very intentional about who steps into leadership.
If you:
✔️ Have 3+ years of clinical experience
✔️ Understand legal/ethical standards and documentation expectations
