You’re sending your kids outside in 90+ degree heat. They’re playing, running, sweating.

Here’s what most parents don’t realize: plain water alone won’t actually keep them hydrated.

Here’s why: When kids sweat, they lose sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Water replaces the fluid, but without electrolytes, their bodies can’t actually absorb and retain that water. So they drink water, sweat it out, and end up dehydrated anyway.

What happens: Dehydration in kids shows up as poor performance (they tire quickly), heat intolerance, headaches, and slower recovery.

How electrolytes fix it: Sodium helps their bodies hold onto water. Potassium and magnesium support muscle function and prevent cramping. Together, they make hydration actually work.

Magnesium Glycinate | Why This Form Matters

What it actually does: Magnesium helps your nervous system genuinely relax—not just tired, but actually settled. It also supports better sleep, helps muscles release tension, and supports deeper rest.
