What you need to know⬇️
1. take your multivitamin with a meal — this helps your body absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and reduces the nausea that some people feel taking a multi on an empty stomach
2. drink plenty of water — this allows all contents to be mixed and distributed more easily, making it easier for the chemistry of digestion and absorption to occur
3. morning vs. night? — if you take multiple capsules, try split dosing (take half your dose AM and half your dose PM), this optimizes nutritional support throughout the day and night. if twice daily dosing is too much to remember, then take your full dose in the AM — some people find the B vitamins to be energizing & also you will be less likely to miss a dose!
4. not all multi’s are created equal — quality absolutely matters!
If you’re not sure which multivitamin is right for you, your Aron’s pharmacist is here to help you choose the perfect fit! (3rd party tested, contains methylated B vitamins, effective dosing, contains all the good stuff & none of the bad) — of course!
