Thank you to everyone who made it possible to give out Thanksgiving meals today! 🦃 And to Monroe Methodist Church, who donated gift cards for each family to buy a turkey and a few other items they may want!

Because of all of you—our amazing community, church family, and partners—we were able to provide meals and share a little extra love this Thanksgiving season. 🧡🍁

Today we witnessed the power of community in action. 💙
The generosity of our residents and local organizations brought in an abundance of food donations for our pantry. Thanks to your kindness, our shelves are fuller—and so are the hearts of the families we serve.

We are deeply grateful for the continued support and donations we receive from so many. Your ongoing generosity helps us meet the growing needs of our community, not just today, but all year long. Every can, box, and contribution makes a difference.

Hey everyone — it’s been a little while since we’ve posted, but our mission hasn’t stopped. Our shelves at the Monroe Nazarene Food Pantry are running low, and we could really use your help to restock as the number of families we are serving is growing!

We’re looking for donations of:
🥫 Canned goods (soups, vegetables, beans, meats)
🍝 Pasta, rice, cereal
🧃 Shelf-stable milk, juice, peanut butter, and other nonperishables

Every item helps feed a local family — and every share helps spread the word. 💛

You can drop off donations at Monroe Nazarene Church during food pantry hours [Tues. 930a-12p], or contact us here for other ways to help/other times to drop off!

We’re excited to partner with American Heritage Girls Troop OH0412 for our annual Stuff-the-Bus Food Drive! 🚌

Together, we have a wonderful opportunity to bless local families by helping fill their pantries during times of need. Your generosity makes a difference—thank you for supporting our community!

Monroe Local Schools reached out to see if we could help with Easter Meals/baskets for families! We of course said yes and asked some other groups if they could help us with this goal to fill almost 30 baskets!

We were able to fulfill 26 baskets for families! A special thanks to members from the Monroe Church of the Nazarene, American Heritage Girls Troop OH 0412 -Monroe, Ohio, the Monroe Junior Optimist Club! And we were able to provide whole hams thanks to Performance Food Services out of Monroe!

It really does take a village!

We pray each family has a blessed Easter, filled with love, joy, and the hope we have through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. ✝️
