Meet Paula! 🎊 She is celebrating 5 wonderful years at TWC! Paula is a valued member of our Insurance and Billing team, a group with incredible tenure that keeps our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. As our expert in patient and insurance refunds, Paula plays a key role in the team’s success. She works quickly and efficiently to identify overpayments and ensures they are handled with accuracy and care. Her teammates often highlight her ability to not only complete tasks exceptionally well but also improve our processes along the way. With strong customer service skills, Paula helps patients feel heard and reassured, knowing their financial concerns are being taken care of just as thoughtfully as their health.
