We have forgotten how to slow down.

Yoga reminds us to slow down, be present and unplug for awhile.

Five ways to start your day on the right track:
1. Drink a glass of water as soon as you get up.
2. Don't look at your phone until you have been awake for 15-20 minutes.
3. Move. Do yoga or go for a walk around the neighborhood.
4. Meditate. Sit quietly and breathe, pray, or just be still for at least 5 minutes.
5. Name 3-5 things you are grateful for.

Try for a couple weeks and see if you notice a difference in your day and life.
I think you are going to be pleasantly suprised with the results.

Never forget, small changes over time bring results.
