Mind Body Balance has established a brand in the community for over a decade; they teach evidence-based mind-body movement modalities, and they provide a safe, judgement-free, competitive free environment in which to grow. The founder holds one of the first Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy and recognized in international magazines. We get to know our customers one-on-one and create a safe environment for them both physically and emotionally. We have been in town for over a decade and have built a loyal customer following and partnership with other companies in the area.
