Sometimes we spend so much time taking care of others that we forget to take care of ourselves. I said I was going to do more self-care this year and already starting out wrong. I’m so thankful for Dr. Talitha Smith-Elliott! I showed up to her office today feeling broken, defeated and falling apart both physically and mentally and she got me back right. Thanks for being an awesome colleague, mentor and friend! And most importantly for always having my back LITERALLY!
