This month, we are proud to recognize Kristy Goins (Medical Records) as our Employee of the Month for July!

Kristy is known for her contagious laughter, upbeat personality and unmistakable presence (as you can usually hear her before you see her!). Kristy beings joy and energy to every corner of the facility. She steps into different roles, lending a hand where help is needed or jumping into every event with enthusiasm. She not only works with medical records, but schedules our Lodger's appointments, transportation, works on the hallway as a CNA, and attends outings and appointments with our Lodger's. Thank you, Kristy, for your positivity, reliability, and the laughter you bring to both staff and residents!

For those of you who have not heard, we are excited to announce Micayla Gagne as our new Administrator here at MediLodge of Monroe. She has been with the organization for the past two years, previously as our Assistant Administrator. She began her journey in long-term care over a decade ago and has served in various roles. She believes in building strong relationships with families and staff, promoting open communication, and prioritizing a commitment to excellence. Outside of her professional role, Micayla enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, two children and two French bulldogs. If you haven't had the opportunity to meet her yet, stop in and say hi!
