This month, we're thrilled to recognize our outstanding transportation driver and CNA, Michael C, as Employee of the Month! If you’ve ever ridden with Michael, you know that the trip is never dull — there’s music playing, smiles all around, and plenty of laughter along the way. Michael has a unique talent for turning everyday moments into something fun, and our residents truly look forward to the joy he brings.
Beyond driving, Michael is always the first to step in and help wherever needed. He never misses an opportunity to support our residents during outings and events. His kindness, positivity, and energy brighten not only the residents’ days but ours as well.
