Join Carmen and Cecy, of Massage at Monroe, at Winding Brook Farms, in Monroe, for a 60 minute "Out Door" Sound Meditation on April 27th at 3pm. (Rain date: May 10)
Crystal Bowls and other instruments used, along with a guided Chakra Meditation, to relax and ground.
This event is outside, on the ground so please bring a chair, mat, pillow, blanket or eye mask for your comfort.
Parking on-site. Doors open at 2:45pm.
