With over 19 years of experience in family medicine, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and compassionate care to our patients. A Monroe native, he’s been serving our community since graduating in 2006 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. His approach to healthcare is rooted in listening, thoroughness, and a deep commitment to patient well-being.

When he’s not in the clinic, you can find Slade enjoying the great outdoors. He’s an avid hunter who values time in nature and the peace it brings.
