I have to brag on my friend and realtor, Melissa Langham Phillips for literally making things happen. This post wouldn't be happening without her. In December I reached out to my neighbor for some advice on how to lease a commercial space. She went way above that (as always!) and found us a commercial building to buy! She's amazing and stepped out from her normal area of residential real estate to commercial for us.

Bonus: I was in Universal Studios Florida, she was also in Florida and Brandon was in Monroe at the building when this was finalized. She gets things done!
