Hello, my name is Mike Kuckes. I am a 1990 graduate of the University of Wisconsin school of pharmacy. I am married and have 5 children. Our Hometown pharmacy opened in April 0f 2019 after Shopko closed that i was the manager for 12 years. Our pharmacy prides itself on customer service. I specialize in treating patients with diabetes. I am interested in helping patients achieve better health through nutrition and not just treating symptoms with traditional prescription medications.
