Surrender to the Flow: Ganesha Clearing Meditation

This evening meditation is an invitation to release the grip of control and return to a more natural easy flow in all areas of our experience. Through the support of Ganesha—the remover of obstacles and guardian of new beginnings—we’ll work with mantra and guided meditation to clear tension from the mind, soften the throat chakra, and restore flow to the places where our habits and rigid mind restricted us.

The throat chakra holds our patterns of control—how we speak, hold back, force, or strive. As we connect with Ganesha’s spacious and grounded presence, we create a more flexible and spacious mind.

This is a beautiful way to complete our 40-day practice—and a powerful evening for anyone ready to surrender to flow.

Crystal Healing through the Akashic Records

The akashic record is where the journey of a soul’s evolution is recorded, its life experiences on this planet and beyond and the travels between. It holds the minute details of every thought, word or action of the soul. Understanding of the akashic can facilitate healing in our personal relationships, finances, career, soul contacts and finding our life path.

With the assistance and guidance of crystals we can access our akashic with clarity and even heal and resolve karma or patterns that are limiting our current circumstances or life potential.

There are four main reasons to do Akashic Healings:

1) There is a challenging area in your life that has intensity to it and has been difficult for you to resolve- this can be a long-term life pattern or a new experience. It can be helpful to gain an understanding of the cycles and patterns that are a part of our karmic story from past lives. We can gain understanding and bring resolution to allow for freedom from this challenge

2) To bring healing to any relationship, even if they have left their body

3) Where there is an area in your life that you wish to be the best of the best of the best- we can look into the akashic to find any past mastery

This 40-day mantra practice is a sacred invitation to work with the energy of Ganesha, the Great Remover of Obstacles. Through daily mantra, meditation, and intentional inner work, we will clear the blocks that bind us—especially those rooted in fear, rigidity, and the illusion of control.

At the center of this practice is the throat chakra, the energetic seat of control and our habitual mind. When in balance, this center empowers us to express our truth with clarity, surrender outcomes with grace, and live in alignment with divine flow. When constricted, we may feel the need to force, push, or over-direct, often leading to burnout or stagnation. Ganesha gently dissolves these constrictions, allowing energy to move freely again—so that we can walk our path with ease, trust, and joy.

You will be supported in two ways:

Passive Participation: Each day for 40 days, Sierra will invoke the energy of Ganesha through mantra and offering remote vibrational healing to gently clear mental, emotional, and energetic blockages—especially those around control, fear, and resistance.

Active Participation: In addition to receiving daily support from Sierra, you will be given a sacred Ganesha mantra to chant each day (we suggest 108 repetitions, approximately 15 minutes) and guided to sit in meditation afterward for as long as you feel called. Active participation increases the effectiveness of this process.

As with all our 40-day practices, this is more than a meditation—it is a full energetic reset. Through this practice, you are choosing to release what no longer serves, let go of the shackles of control, and open space for the miraculous.

Meditation is a state of internal being.

Meditation is a gentle inward connection or a profound connection with the world around us.

Meditation is as simple or complex as we make it.

Meditation is elaborate mantra and prayers, sitting in the silence, anything that makes the soul smile inside, repetitive movement or activities done with a quiet mind.

Meditation is found in our quiet moments and even in the chaos of life.

Meditation is solitary. Meditation is community.

Meditation is where you find the balance in your body, the stillness in your mind, and the power in your soul.

The Spirit of Nature speaks to us in the silence between the beats of the drum. Join us for a magical night under the stars and find the connection your heart is seeking.

Healing Drum Circles are a gathering of those who wish to experience the healing energy of the drum, the heartbeat of Mother Earth. The drum has the ability to shift our energy in a dramatic way, as it is an integral tool for vibrational healing.

The Healing Drum Circles begin with the calling in of spirit and the creation of sacred space. Each circle is directly guided by spirit and will be in the unique flavor of the facilitator, so the format tends to vary for each one. The time of year, the phase of the moon and the current earth and celestial energies all can change the shape of the gathering. Some facilitators may include a shamanic journey, meditation, or a teaching focused on a particular spirit (animal/tree/nature/angel). Others may spend more time in the rhythms of the sound and in sacred songs.

This will be reoccurring the 1st friday monthly.
