Sally’s Mat

I never thought that Sally’s Mat would stick. The Lord has healed so many things in my life and in my family. My yoga mat has been that place of healing. It is the place I asked Him questions. The place I cry when things are bad. The place I cry tears of joy when they are good. It is my gratitude place. It is the place I come to breathe and move my body. It is the place where I challenge myself. It is the place I spend time with the Lord, speaking back to Him His word.

I always thought one day the Lord would give me a REALLY Cool “Yoga” name for what I do. Over time and years of seeing people surrender their lives on their yoga mat time and time again I realized something, Sally’s Mat is what I do. I pick up my yoga mat and I tell how He healed and continues to heal me on that mat. Sally’s Mat is my story and God’s power in our lives is something we are all called to pick up and go tell!

So until HE makes a change..... Sally’s Mat or #sallysmat it is :) Welcome.
