We recently delivered a custom pure steam generator designed to support a major increase in production volume for a US-based CDMO.

The system is engineered to provide 3,600 lbs/hr of EN285-compliant steam to simultaneously supply multiple sterilizers and process equipment. The design ensures consistent WFI-quality steam across all points of use while meeting 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for secure and traceable electronic data recording.

By consolidating steam generation into one high-capacity unit, the client will be able to meet their throughput demands now and into the future without complicating their utility infrastructure.

Navigating the new FDA synthetic dye regulations? BMT USA can help.

With the FDA moving to phase out petroleum-based synthetic dyes from the U.S. food supply, manufacturers are reevaluating their formulations and shifting toward natural or alternative colorants.
