Many of you may have not known that I have been struggling with a skin allergy from menopause. My skin radically changed from having no break outs to having them really bad. I have made some changes since my Mom passed on putting my all into some self-care.
I went back to skinceuticals and started doing Microneedles on my self. I really started using retinol pretty heavily.

Today I felt confident to wear just tinted sunscreen. That’s HUGE for me. If you are having skin issues due to menopause you definitely have to be in a marathon not a race to see it go back to normal.
