A lot of us walk around thinking we’re “tripping,” “too sensitive,” or “doing too much” when really it’s anxiety showing up in ways we don’t recognize.
Here are some signs of anxiety people don’t always identify as anxiety:
Irritation or snapping quickly
Feeling exhausted even after sleeping
Avoiding calls, texts, or making plans
Overthinking small decision
Hyper-independence — not wanting to ask for helps
