Many thanks to the Monroe Senior Center for hosting Annette Murphy, Springpoint at Home's Director of Home Care and Care Management. Annette educated participants on the "Five Wishes", a living will, which outlines a person's wishes for their healthcare in the event they become unable to make their own decisions. As Annette explained using this document opens the door for the conversation of your life. It allows you to explore, express and document end-of-life wishes by guiding you through meaningful conversations and compassionate planning. The program was a huge hit as Annette was able to use real life examples, making the importance and impact of a living will understandable. Joining us to help answer questions was Marah Shiels, Executive Director of Springpoint Choice, Amy Nicklaus, Program Director and Sheli Monacchio from Van Dyck Law Group.

Everyone had a terrific time at Springpoint at Home's annual summer bash. Many thanks to our co-sponsors, Springpoint Living at Manalapan and Waypoint Legal! We had a great turnout of over 40 healthcare professional from several counties.

It was wonderful to meet up with team members from Springpoint Choice and our sister facility of Manalapan. Thank you to all who came out!
