Swimming in contacts can trap bacteria and parasites against your eye, increasing the risk of serious infections like Acanthamoeba keratitis, which can lead to vision loss. Even chlorinated pools aren’t safe! 😳

👁️ Stay protected:
✔️ Wear prescription swim goggles
✔️ Remove contacts before swimming
✔️ Avoid using lenses in water whenever possible
