Pittsburgh has blessed me

I am coming to a place in business where it is time to slow down, take a breath, and refill my cup. The past two years have been wildly amazing. I have met so many wonderful people. I am so thankful for every moment and experience.

Moving forward, Ancient Ministry will returning to her roots. Mobile. Versatile. Flexible. Adaptable.

While I will be letting go of my physical location, I have no plans of leaving my clients who still wish to continue.

Home visits and mobile care will continue 🤲 🚗 ☎️

Future events, retreats, and only God know what else to come ❤️

How can sound heal?

In their place, the noise and rattle of modern day life 😵‍💫

The vibration of sound creates a sacred shape 🧬

As unique as a fingerprint, these waves of sound travel not only to our ears, but to our body’s cells.

Ever get goosebumps from a good tune?

This is your body’s response to sound 💃

Sound therapy is a helpful addition in any stage of your healing journey. My favorite way to integrate this is at bedtime. Playlists include 528 hz. This frequency is most commonly known for its restoration of DNA. It is a master healer.

What is a Chakra❓

What is Reiki ⁉️

🌬️ The word Chakra comes from Sanskrit and translates to “WHEEL.”

During meditation and visualization,
I encourage my clients to face their blockages…

“Show me where it hurts…”

During a relaxed state, my clients and I visualize each chakra’s color, direction, and rate of speed.

The body’s way of holding onto information is amazing. Memories are stored in the body, available on a subconscious level, usually. Similar to water, the memory or imprint of the environment can eventually surface in a myriad of ways…

Ever see the movie Frozen? Remember our friend Olaf singing about “water holds memory?!”

It sure does. And we do too. 💦 🩸

Through gentle body work using channeled Reiki Therapy, as well as a client’s ability and willingness to heal - well, I have seen some miracles in my time as a practitioner…
