✨ Cheers to 2026 ✨

As I reflect on 2025.. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to every patient, family member, friend, and supporter who has trusted me and my small business…Vitality Chiropractic & Rehab.

This year was a reminder that life is truly a rollercoaster full of unexpected turns, challenges, growth, and blessings. From navigating health battles like melanoma to welcoming my greatest blessing, the birth of my daughter, I’m beyond grateful for the strength, perspective, family and community that carried me through it all.

Thank you for believing in me, supporting my business, and allowing me to do what I love every single day.

Here’s to continued growth, healing, and new beginnings in 2026. 🥂

Couldn’t have done a maternity leave without Dr. Siobhan holding down the fort and killing it in the office!

Planning Ahead: How the office will change during Dr. CJs maternity leave….
As Dr. CJ prepares for her due date approaching next month, we’re here to guide you through the schedule changes.
Our temporary Monday-Thursday schedule aims to provide structured and uninterrupted chiropractic care during Dr. CJ’s maternity leave.
We encourage patients to plan appointments ahead to ensure the best availability.
During Dr. CJ’s maternity leave, Dr. Siobhan will step in to co-treat patients, ensuring seamless transitions and continued care excellence!
Dr. CJs due date is end of April. We will be implementing small scheduling changes mid March through beginning of April so there are no surprises when baby decides to make her grand arrival.
Dr. CJ will attempt to work up to her due date, limiting patient load and hours leading up to her actual due date.
We appreciate everyone’s patience & support during this time! We will keep everyone in the loop as things change!
