🎉 CONGRATULATIONS 🎉 are in order for our very own Dr. Elizabeth Gray, Psy.D who completed the requirements for her doctoral degree and is now officially our Post Doctoral resident! If you know Dr. Gray, you know that she goes above and beyond in everything that she does and she embodies everything that an exceptional psychologist should be. We are so proud of her accomplishments and can’t wait yo watch her continue to impact the lives of all of the individuals she works with. 👏

At Fallon Psych, we place a significant value on a systems-based approach--taking into account how the child's family, educational, and community environments interact. Acknowledging the importance that each system plays in an individual's life is essential to understanding the current needs and approaches that will best serve the child. We also address all referrals with a strength-based approach and utilize these strategies to create treatment plans and goals.
