How would you like to receive a DOLLAR-FOR-DOLLAR STATE TAX CREDIT!🤯🥳 Then the Rural Hospital Investment Program is for you! Under this program, taxpayers are allowed to donate directly to eligible rural hospitals and receive a dollar-for-dollar state tax credit! This credit can be applied not only against income taxes but also insurance premium taxes, utility taxes, and excise taxes, providing flexibility for both individuals and businesses. These funds will help support hospitals maintain the critical services that keep our community healthy. Starting January 1, 2026, the program will allow up to $20 million in total tax-credit-eligible donations across the state for the year.
