A couple of weeks ago, Dr. Antimarino traveled to Costa Rica for advanced, hands-on training with Motiva, including the newest Preservé technique. ✨

This experience included a tour of the facility where Motiva implants are made, a closer look at the craftsmanship behind the technology, and participation in live surgical training using this new approach.

PreservΓ© by Motiva introduces a different way to approach breast enhancement. Instead of cutting through the breast’s natural support structures, this technique uses controlled tissue expansion to create space for the implant while preserving ligaments, sensation, and overall anatomy. For the right patient, this can mean a more natural result, smaller implants, and a faster return to daily life.

Dr. Antimarino is now introducing this technique into the practice and is among a select group of surgeons in the country trained to perform it. He is currently the only surgeon in Western Pennsylvania offering this approach.
